Startup Checklist

The following questions on Operation, Integration, and Independent Commissioning are directly related to control system startup. The information must be accurate and all Pre-Startup Tasks must be complete to ensure a successful startup and turnover of the lighting controls system.

By submitting the Pre-Startup Checklist you acknowledge you have completed the tasks necessary for our technicians to do their work. Failure to complete all tasks may result in the cancellation of your System Startup and additional fees.
