The following questions on Operation, Integration, and Independent Commissioning are directly related to control system startup. The information must be accurate and all Pre-Startup Tasks must be complete to ensure a successful startup and turnover of the lighting controls system.
Please confirm the following tasks are complete:

Line/Loads terminated to the relays/dimmers.
Lighting loads with 0-10v dimming wiring has been tested for proper polarity.
Control devices terminated to the controller and ready to be tested.
Specified communication cable properly installed, tested, and terminated.
Updated panel schedules or As-built information completed and sent into LHI.
Times schedule information sent into LHI.
Failure to complete any of the steps may result in the postponement of the Startup Service or additional billable time.
